I recommend under no circumstances should students attend Pensacola Christian College. Besides a lackluster academic program, the college features an almost cultic disciplinary system that often preys on students. In addition to that, the college has gone south doctrinally in recent years and has become paranoid to criticism in recent years. Attending PCC is a waste of time and money. Don't do it!

Academically, it is a great school, some of the programs are the tops in the nation. However, I went to the school for an EDUCATION, not for religion (Baptist-based and not MY religion), or politics, or anything else. I wish the school was not so petty about EVERYTHING, gave students religious freedom, and quit the continual expulsion of students based on the grounds of heresay. Not to mention, the severe interogation once you are "accused" of something. They basically make you out to be a lier even if you are telling the truth...

“The academics at PCC are fine.Communications
The academics at PCC are fine. Be prepared, however, that it is a strict school with inconsistent rules. As someone else posted, you must play the game to fit in.
This is not a school for everyone. It's a school for conservative Christians. If you can possibly do so, get a handbook BEFORE you attend. If you cannot abide by the rules, do yourself a favor and leave.Keep in mind that the school is not accredited. This is something that WILL become an issue when you go to grad school. And, regardless of what the school tells you, acceptance in the top schools is an exception, not a rule.
