I liked my time at SCAD. The facilities have been amazing and all of the faculty have been good to work with as long as you are willing to put in the hours. It is like many things in life if you put the time and effort you will do well and have a good experience. If you do not want to put in the time/slack off then you will not have success and the professors will not take time away from the students who do work hard.

SCAD is a great place. Anyone thinking of going here really should take the time to visit the campus for themselves. It took me a long time to come to my own conclusions about where to go to college, but I have been very happy with my experiece. The ammount of support the faculty and staff have shown to me has been amazing. Also, the facilities are truly the best of all of the schools I looked into.

>SCAD is highly underrated! It really is on the same level as Pratt, Cooper, RISD, CCA, i could keep going.

>Also, reading the other reviews of those schools, one can easily see the similarities in the "negative".
>No matter what school you go to there are going to be pros and cons. Yes some students can be bitchy and the parties not so abundant, but you know what, why are we even paying them attention, and our parents aren't paying $40,000 a year so we can party and dick around.
College is supposed to be rigorous. Although materials do add up.
>SCAD has a lot to offer, it is what you make of it.
>I like the fact that athletics are pretty prominent at a art/design school.>Last highlight: FACILITIES are INCREDIBLE!
