DePaul is located inSuper BrilliantMath
DePaul is located in a great city with many things to do. The work is a lot sometimes, but it is not terribly hard. The professors do try to help you out. The fitness center is awesome. There's also always free stuff everywhere!

Question
The DePaul I encountered in 1978 was aSociology
The DePaul I encountered in 1978 was a far different place than it is today. I made some great friendships. I grew up on the North Shore and was well prepared for college, thanks be to God. Man yof the students with whom I competed were not. I even met a young woman my sophmore year who told me that, although enrolled at DePaul, she had dropped out of Buffalo Grove High School and did not have a GED. I dount that this could happen today. I enjoyed every class I took and the professors were great, especially Rosemary Bannon, PhD, who is still there. I remember visiting Michigan State with my dad, right out of high school, and, having been accepted there, seriously contemplating attending. I sat in on a poly sci course taught by a TA who made Saddam Hussein look like David Hume. 435 people were also in the class, and less than half seemed to be paying aanything that even smaked at attention. That was not the case at DePaul. I remember my Freshman NSM genetics course with Doctor Greishbach and his helpful, caring and kind demeanor. It is hard to believe that I ham 23 years removed from my DePaul days., Wish I could go back, truth be told.

DePaul's academic programs vary of course.AverageAnthropology
DePaul's academic programs vary of course. Anthropology program used hands on and tactile learning techniques, interesting discussions, and student led lectures often. Other courses were broken down into small group discussion very often. Used library often. Oppourtunities for field studies regardless of location.

Charles Wilcoxi in the telecommunications program had EXTENSIVE industry experience. He worked for Bell Labs, ATT, and avaya. And delivers his material with great energy and enthusiasm.
