Positive Negative Neutral Advice
Well i am definately thinking about applying toSuper BrilliantUndecided
Well i am definately thinking about applying to UMBC. yet most of the reviews on this site suggest otherwise. Most of them are negative saying that theres nothing to do and no one to hang out. Comon people! this is college. people are taking it seriously unlike high school where no one really cared. i mean seriously, people rather study and get out instead of those people talking about "oh theres nothing to do, and no party's." isnt that a good thing? I sure think so. who wants to go to a college where have the undergrad. population is constantly drunk? no one. SO say some positive things about the school. isnt the whole objective to say some positive things that might grab the attention of ofther students to attend? Overal i think this is a good school. the Campus saftey is great.

Well it is a very good school but it is very boring at times because so many people are focused on their school work.

This is a wonderful school for serious studentsQuite BrightChemistry
This is a wonderful school for serious students intrested in the hard sciences. The university emphasizes undergraduate research and places many resources at a students disposal. You have to be a self motivated hard worker who respects the value of the education they are getting, rather than feeling a sense of pride because you love your winning football teams hoodie.
