This school is garbage! If you planned onFinance
This school is garbage! If you planned on having an ounce of fun i reccomend you think twice about the mistake you might make. The Nazi born police here will do a number on your room just to make themselves feel better. The food will probably get you deathly ill in a few years, the academics here make me feel like i am back at my junior high not even high school, and this place is a just a giant boring corn field with stubborn students.

Underrated engineering program, great location for job placement. Prepare to have no life and have numerous all nighters in the engineering building. On the bright side weekends can be pretty fun, there are always plenty of parties going on.On a side note: GVSU is great because of the small class sizes, and the helpful staff. This is one of the many reasons why I chose gvsu over msu. Along with the fact that we act somewhat intelligent when we drink and don't start random riots/fights (cough MSU & CMU).

Question
Grand Valley State was an okay college toSuper BrilliantUndecided
Grand Valley State was an okay college to go to. The problems came when I finished my degree. The university does absolutely NOTHING to point you in the direction of a job. In fact, when you try applying to work at GVSU full time, they treat your degree from their university as worthless. So pretty much, a degree from GVSU is equal to a high school diploma, according to their human resources department.
