All in all, it's a great school. People may say it's boring or whatever, but that's what makes GVSU so interesting. People are always making their own fun. Plus, Grand Rapids is just 15 minutes away.
Educationally, GVSU is top notch. Faculty care and are very easily to talk to. GVSU ranks 2nd in ACT scoring for incoming freshmen at public universities, behind only UofM and ranks ahead of MSU, CMU and WMU.GVSU is a great choice for someone who wants an education, yet wants to have fun every now and then.

Grand Valley is a very comfortable school to attend; it is very aesthically pleasing, is well equiped with technology, and it is located in a nice area. However, I was not pleased with many of my classes here. The professors are not of a great caliber, and the courses are similar to high school. If I had it to do over again, I would not have chosen this university.

Grand Valley, in my opinion, is becoming a premiere school in the Midwest. Admission standards currently are 2nd in the state, behind only The University of Michigan. I am fortunate to be able to attend such a great university.
