This school's number one problem is how theyQuite Bright
This school's number one problem is how they handle financial aid. Other much larger colleges in the same region manage to give students their refunds within the first two weeks of school. OTC takes at least a month and sometimes longer. They've managed to misplace, mislabel, and otherwise delay scholarships that this student (who is working too), was counting for school related living expenses. It took an angry mother (who had really tried to stay out of it)going to the financial aid office to straighten out the problem. Thanks Mom!

Question
One thing is for sure this college isQuite BrightDesign Arts - Industrial Design/Graphic Design/etc
One thing is for sure this college is jammed pack full of students. Be prepared to drive around for over 30 mins looking for parking. Also have an umbrella because if it is raining you will be drenched. The students here are nice and some talk to you and are approachable, however they are very close-minded and not easy make friends with. They seem to have their cliques they knew for a long time or family. You will see this a lot even when you work someplace off campus so I am thinking it is an Ozark's thing. As far as the staff they are all pretty nice and helpful. Some staff are better at meeting with students but there are some I ran into that were not. As far as getting to know me, that ain't happening. Do not think that, because it will not be the case, because there is so many students they do not give time or effort to know about you. That may happen during class where you can try and get to know the instructor, but no guarantees. As far as financial aid, YES!! I agree they are completely arrogant and not helpful at all. In fact they refused to offer me any aid because I had to change up classes to get the right ones due to student services giving wrong information. BEWARE of this. Do not enroll classes then drop or even change it during semester. You will become flagged and stand a change at losing financial aid. They are such a complete joke so good luck if you use financial aid.

I've had so much trouble with this collegeBrightComputer Science
I've had so much trouble with this college its not even funny. They do not care about your financial aid and getting anyone to tell you anything is like pulling teeth. Two semesters in a row they screwed up my financial aid to the point of not only could I not register for classes, but I also ended up owing them 500-1000 dollars before I could even leave their school.
