I am from California.BrightCommunications
I am from California. I came to Marist knowing not a single person and could not be happier. Marist makes you feel comfortable and at home no matter how far away from your actual home you are. Marist does everything they can to make sure that if you want to have fun and make friends you have plenty of opportunities.

Question
I am currently a sophomore at Marist College,Quite BrightEducation
I am currently a sophomore at Marist College, majoring in Spanish Secondary Education with a minor in psychology. Marist College was my first choice when choosing a college two years ago and in no way do I regret my decision. Marist College is a beautiful campus, located right on the historic Hudson River. Even though the course work is challenging at times, it is necessary and beneficial in every way for my future career as well as the careers of every other Marist student. The majority of my professors are available several days a week for extra help and study sessions. I like how Marist is a smaller college, in that I don't feel like just a number. At Marist, I am a person. I always feel welcome by my peers and professors. There is always something to do at Marist College, from sponsored field trips to Broadway shows to Friday movie nights in the PAC. There has never been a dull night at Marist College!! I am involved in many activities such as Cheerleading, Dance Club, Marist Ambassadors, Marist ESL program, and Campus Ministry. Marist strongly encourages student participation in clubs and sports, ranging from intramural sports to our division 1 varsity teams! I would definitely recommend visiting Marist before you apply to see what you are really getting yourself into. By visiting Marist, you will get a feel for the campus, diversity of students, and opportunities for success! GO RED FOXES!

Question
I love Marist.BrightPreMed and Medical
I love Marist. The dorms as a freshman are normal but as you become an upperclassman you get to live in townhouses. If you are into sports, there is a sporting event every weekend. You get a little bit of a big school atmosphere in a small liberal arts school. The campus is beautiful. The teachers are always willing to help and advise you to go to office hours even if you are doing well in the class. They like getting to know their students. Most students are friendly, however not all are. There is a mall nearby and many restaurants. The train station is 2 min away and it is an hour and twenty minutes to the city.
