The conditions at this school were deplorable.Super BrilliantEducation
The conditions at this school were deplorable. The dorms were not kept quiet and I averaged two hours of sleep each night. Most of the kids were immoral and called me a lunatic because I am against pornography. Some things the kids will do at 2AM include set off fake fire alarms, go to opposite gender bathrooms, yell curse words down the hall, bang on doors and make you feel very unsafe. The RAs were unhelpful and were generally not there or drunk. When I left early due to poor health, most of the professors were not helpful about makeup work. The music department head treated me as if I were a zit on his forehead. I do not recommend Mount Union to anyone and have happily transferred to another school since.

Super Brilliant
Pretty pricey. Alot of students go home for the weekend. More social activities would be nice.

Question
Mt. Union College was a great place forBusiness - Management and Administration
Mt. Union College was a great place for me to attend. Coming from a small-town in Ohio, the College was big enough to allow me to grow and develope, yet small enough that I felt comfortable on campus.

I took a lot on myself working two jobs - one on campus and one in the community - during my education and still got out in four years. The professors know the subject and are more "blue collar" educators than the Ivory Tower institutions would allow. But they work well with the type of students tha the College attracts.

The city around Mt. Union is the only negative I'd have towards my experience. Alliance was not a great place to be when I was there, and a recent return visit looked like it had gotten worse instead of better. The College is a good investment and does a great job preparing students for the real world.
