The Honors program attractsQuite BrightElectrical Engineering
The Honors program attracts some of the best students in the nation, and taking classes with that top tier of students gives you all the challenges you would ever seek. If you do not get in initially, anyone with a 3.5 can apply for admission in their first year.

Question
Nothing works at this school and I meanQuite BrightEconomics
Nothing works at this school and I mean nothing. Your buck id breaks or doesn't scan constantly. The pop machines at campus dining don't work, the run out of food constantly, and they are in no hurry to provide good food fast. Since you pay for your meals before school starts they basically rob incoming freshmen tell them that they need 150 swipes when everyone ends up with 40 left at the end of the quarter. The entire campus and high street is just dirty. The dorms are horrible, since the school is so huge they jam as many kids into tiny rooms as they can. The worst part is you spend all this money to be educated and you get teachers and ta's who do not speak a word of english. Plus the classes with the exception of math have been so easy i feel like i am wasting my money. Don't take calc 151 or 152 here take it at home or in the summer. They make it as hard as possible for no reason. I took Calculus in high school didn't test out with my ap score so i took it again at ohio state. I got a B in high school and a C minus at Ohio state over the same material. They give you no time to take the tests its just set up the worst possible way.

Question
OSU has pros and cons just like anyBrightBiology
OSU has pros and cons just like any other university.
If you want a big school, go here. If you want school pride in the form of athletics, go here. If you want to be in a big city, go here.I'm in love with OSU football and wanted a huge school so it seemed like a good fit. However the staff is unhelpful. I was told to sign up for classes first quarter my freshman year that I didn't even need. I failed a class due to the fact that is in place JUST to weed out pre-health students. The honors program is terrible, lots of extra work for no real reason, just a word on your diploma. My professors were mainly arrogant, and the TA's either didn't care or couldn't speak proper English. My friends are amazing though, and all in all I'm glad I go to OSU.
