CMU is definetely one of the prestigious schoolsAverageBiology
CMU is definetely one of the prestigious schools you would learn a lot. Some people complain about Social Life, yes, social life isn't exciting. However, if you are a student who looks for further study in your field or GOOD PAID JOB, CMU is def the best. Almost half of the students get employed and about 42% go to grad school.

College Life is ofcourse important, but if you put as GUARANTEED JOB or WHAT YOU WANT after graduation, what can be better than that?

Professors are one of the best, many professors in MCS or CS are teaching both in MIT and CMU. Also the Archi program is national 2nd for undergrad. Tepper business is also top 10.

The work is hard, but the fruit will be sweet.
At CMU, you'll learn what to do for what you want.

Carnegie Mellon is a very good school, dependingQuite BrightBusiness - Management and Administration
Carnegie Mellon is a very good school, depending on what you're here for. If you want an easy college corseload, then this is not the place for you. Expect to be very challenged and be prepared to put many hours towards studying and homework. Oh, and don't listen to what anyone says about Pittsburgh. It gets very cold, true, but other then that, its a very nice little city.
