The angry person who wrote the TWO messagesQuite BrightPhysical Therapy/Exercise Science
The angry person who wrote the TWO messages below has obvious personal defects that I am certain will not go away no matter she ends up. This school has beenr ated on of the best schools and upcoming universities for research and development of the future. JMU now is rivaling the other research schools that receive big endowments and research funding. The endowments will turn this school into a university that people fight to get into thanks to the results we turn out.

I find it a plus that we have smart, preppy, good-looking collegiates. If you are offended to be around people that take care of themselves, well then that's a personal problem and not a JMU problem.

There is plenty to do at this school. You need to JOIN groups, talk to people, attend sporting events, play sports. It's not all that complicated to socialize especially in your freshmen year when everyone is new to the campus. I have made lifelong friends and love the JMU experience. I learn besides some of the most intelligent individuals from some of the most intelligent individuals. Disregard the angry writer. She should try an online education.

Question
Coming to this school was the worst decisionSuper BrilliantPolitical Science
Coming to this school was the worst decision I have ever made in my life. Yes, I did visit before I came to the school, and I did love the campus. That's about where it ends.

I have yet to meet ONE person that is truly intelligent and interesting. (That means someone who doesn't just care about partying and sex, or someone who is not a complete bible thumper.) If you are one of those people, by all means, come to this school. Sluts, druggies, manwhores, sorority sluts, fraternity idiots, and bible thumpers, you are ALL welcome here. Intelligent people who actually have a brain, please beware.

There is nothing to do at this school besides drink. If you are a sorority slut or a fraternity idiot, you will all love it here.Needless to say, I am transferring ASAP. I hope anyone who has a brain at all will take this into consideration. This place is truly a hellhole manifestation of people who lack the mental capacity to think for themselves.

Question
If you aren't a sorority whore, don't bother,Quite BrightArt & Design Department
If you aren't a sorority whore, don't bother, you won't make friends. If you don't like dancing on poles at frat parties or sleep around, don't bother because you won't have a social life.

I had ONE awesome class/professor my entire year at JMU, and it was his last year there anyway. Everyone is EXACTLY the same, and if you're artsy in any way, do not expect to meet or see anyone like you. There is absolutely nothing to do on campus - accept get drunk or maybe work out. That was a blessing for me though, because I spent virtually all my time studying and therefore got a 4.0... which made it easier to transfer out of this hellhole.
