I'm a business major, specifically in accounting andSuper BrilliantAccounting
I'm a business major, specifically in accounting and I had a good time at Marymount. I transferred from NVCC after completing my associate degree. I chose MU because it was conveniently located close to both my house and job. What I love about MU is the small classrooms, I don't think I would have gotten individualized attention from a teacher at GMU. I love all my accounting teachers as they were all very knowledgable and really helpful. I will be graduating on Sunday and believe MU has prepared me for worklife.

Question
To be honest I can not suggest myPolitical Science
To be honest I can not suggest my Alma Mater. In high school I was an average to slightly less average student so my choices for college were not in the Ivy league range but the level of Marymount. Though I enjoyed many of my politics classes and professors looking. Ack at things now as a parent I can admit it was a waste of money and I could have done just as well if not better somewhere else. I have heard the nursing program is highly tauted but as a politics major there really wasn't anything special offered. The campus was and I believe continues to be very small and a bit more insular the. You would expect from a school outside of a city like DC. When I went it was still run by nuns and though I am no liberal I found the thinking to be a bit backwards and frustrating at times. The best thing I can say was that when I attended you had to do an internship in your major. That was a great experience for me as I learned how I had no interest in pursuing the career path that matched my major. I am sure my parents were thrilled with that news. Since leaving Marymount I pursued a career outside my major and had much success but I can attribute that to my time at MU. In the end I would suggest looking elsewhere. Sorry
