My experience at Marymount has been absolutely wonderful.Quite BrightHistory/Histories (art history/etc.)
My experience at Marymount has been absolutely wonderful. No, it hasn't been perfect. I've had my issues such as wishing the computer labs and library were open longer and that school spirit was much more prevalent. But overall I've had amazing faculty members who have given me a stellar education. They've challenged me and provided me with academic knowledge and life skills that I will take with me for the rest of my life. Marymount's required internship gave me experience in my field that will put me above other job applicants. As I step out into the real world soon I know I'm prepared for what will come and that I can start a career. I wouldn't go back and change a thing about my experience at Marymount because everything, good and bad, has brought me to the point I'm at now.

Question
Marymount, to begin with, is just like anyAverageNursing
Marymount, to begin with, is just like any other university out there. There will be SOME teachers that aren't the best at their field, and there will be SOME students that seem to not be the friendliest ones around. BUT what Marymount has also that other schools have are MOST teachers willing to help out, and MOST students that are friendly and nice. To be honest, my first semester experience was not that great because I did not want to do anything. I had another "dream" school. BUT when I started making friends with the people that had similar interests as me, I started enjoying all the activities and academic classes Marymount has to offer. It is really based on the student, to be honest. Marymount is NOT boring if you attend all the activities that are offered. It is a really nice school and I never regret my mother's decision to have me attend this school. Word of advice, when you see Marymount, come in a positive attitude because that will open your eyes to reality and not the fantasy that Marymount is an ugly school. Reality will show you how Marymount is, in my opinion, one of the best schools in the United States. Thank you for reading and hope that this helped!
