Only consider this school if you have the money to be here. Ive found that it is very boring when you dont have the money to spend on the overpriced Church St. scene or have money to go skiing every weekend. UVm is okay during the week, but its deserted on the weekend. Good school for future yuppies of America.

Potheads are worthless. I hate potheads, and hippies. Somebody needs to tell a lot of people at UVM that yes, Jerry is dead and i am grateful.Other than its pot school rep, UVM is a GREAT school with great opportunities and professors.

“University of Vermont (UVM) offers close interaction withOther
University of Vermont (UVM) offers close interaction with great faculty and many different research options (honors research, research groups, undergrad stipends, and lab work). The small departments, in my case Geology, offered great educational and personal support. Every professor was willing to stay after class or lab to further explain concepts. Also, the professors enjoy hanging out and going on crazy trips to Canada and around Vermont. I belive that UVM offers an exceptional undergrad experience, especially if you are involved in a small department.
