Most of us hear the good news byNot so brightBusiness - Management and Administration
Most of us hear the good news by the marketing the school provides, but one tells you those uncomfortable moments the schools makes you go through. This school is located in Spokane WA which is absolutely beautiful, but other then that if you are planning on going expect some of the professors to be very racists. I am a very smart student and completed exams knowing that I would get a good grade, however, if the professor believed you are wrong you are wrong, even if the person sitting next to you has the exact same argument.

Expect also to be very pressured and receive threatening emails about payments about the next school your even before you finish the semester.

If you are planning on working somewhere in Seattle or Spokane then this school is perfect for you. Other then that they don't have a large network in other parts of the states.

Question
DO NOT GO TO GONZAGA.Quite BrightPsychology
DO NOT GO TO GONZAGA. Honestly I believed I was going to a fantastic private university but this couldn't be farther from the truth. Spokane is the worst place to live in the entire world. It is downwind from Handford which had been decided as "likely to cause cancer" and that people living in Spokane have higher rates of cancer and shouldn't live there longer than 20 years...I had to learn this fact IN ONE OF MY CLASSES. Also this town is filled with methed out "Spokies" and boasts higher crime rates than the national average. Of course Gonzaga reps would never tell you this. They will tell you whatever it takes to get you to attend. I heard several tours on campus where they would just tell blatant lies. The freshman dorms are horrible. You also are FORCED to live on campus and buy a meal plan both your freshman and sophomore year (even though housing is terrible and the food is inedible) If you get stuck in a dorm you don't like get out because that is the only place you will make friends. The food is unreal. I cannot believe food like that is allowed to be served to anyone. Straight up I had to use my own money to buy groceries every week because the food made me feel like I was going to die. The teachers at Gonzaga are, for the most part, very helpful and care about their students. However if you want to be challenged I would avoid Gonzaga. Classes move slow and if you recieve work it will be busy work. On another note for the ladies; sexual crimes are rampant at this school. I am so thankful I transferred and didn't waste another year of my life at this TERRIBLE SCHOOL.

Question
Teachers don't respond to email.Quite BrightPhilosophy
Teachers don't respond to email. The school does not encourage any sort of experience beyond campus. It does not challenge or inform students in any realm beyond a Catholic private institution. Minorities are treated like crap, making any difference or doing anything on campus that is in any way thought provoking requires jumping through hoops. It has been an all around terrible experience going to school here and I wish I had chosen a different school. I would not recommend.
