Academics: I'm a Communication major so it's wayQuite BrightCommunications
Academics: I'm a Communication major so it's way easy. Most of the core classes are moderately difficult but you can get an A no problem by talking to the teachers and all that. Healthy mix of challenging and easy majors here and the core classes are overall a good thing in my opinion.

Social Life: Everyone lives on campus freshman and sophomore year. You get to know everyone. If you're looking to live a glamorous college lifestyle don't come here, go to UW or somewhere with a greek system. People are pretty laid back here. Lots of kids who were on the fringe of being popular in high school are popular here, which is kinda weird. But you'll get used to it. Overall, my academic journey at Gonzaga has been top notch but I'd chose to attend somewhere else if I had the chance. The social life is a little slow for me and I don't like how small everything is. Gonzaga is essentially a large Catholic high school. Spokane winters suck, too. The girls here are average and the guys are dorks. I like it to a degree, but I wouldn't come again... not the right fit.

Question
If you are not from around here, theBrightEconomics
If you are not from around here, the people make you feel as a complete outsider. The guys only want to get girls and the girls only want to get guys. The faculty only wants you to fail so you cannot succeed and be stuck here paying tuition, but why should they care since their life is already done and more than over. There are no young professors and everyone is above 60 if not then they act like it. The exchange program is horrible, unless you want to go to Florence.

Question
I see a lot of people saying thatAverageBiology
I see a lot of people saying that people here are arrogant and rude, well that is just wrong. I have not met one person here who brags about money. Everyone is very down to Earth and extremely friendly.

Also I see a lot of "Its so easy I get no homework" comments on here. Well it looks like just about all the people that wrote that are political science majors, not to diminsih their major, but obviously it is not known for its high difficulty. I am in Biology and my brother is in Engineering and we get hours upon hours of very challenging work, so it really comes down to what your major is.Its a great school and highly encourage anyone to come here.
