Positive Negative Neutral Advice
I am fortunate in that my major wasGeography and Geosciences
I am fortunate in that my major was multi-disciplined and allowed a good deal of lee way in direction. My college was a very pleasant experience altogether. Of course in hind sight, I recognize many opportunities that were available to me at the time in which I chose not to participate. My advice to students. Have a plan. Even if the plan changes you benefit. Do not choose a school in a rural area if you do not like rural areas. (Vice-versa urban setting) If you hang out at the mall, don't go to a school which is not near a mall. Also study the local culture. Appreciate it. We are not all cut of the same mold.

Question
You know.BrightOther
You know...I want to say something good but I am having a terrible time....I guess the food is okay. Other than that, if you choose to come here...you will be stuck in the middle of nowhere with nothing but a Wal-Mart. This is school is in so much financial trouble it's sick. Just cut 30 classes due to lack of funds...Major ADA problems...Apathy abounds...no one cares...they're all waiting for the coal industry to pick back up...majority of the girls came here to find a husband...try to have a conversation with someone...they'll tell you about God or Witches...take your pick. Nothing to do but get high, drink, and then they are all so stupid...they end up getting caught....No real social skills....what do you expect...it's WV....Looking for a life, good education, a college that is actually recognized at the job interview...It's not at Concord my friend...Just keep on looking....pick a school without a wild cat problem, multiple rapes (no they don't post that do they...why should they), and oops! Don't forget the highly explosive dorm rooms...two major fires within two weeks...WOW...John Boy got a hold of some pyro!
