I practically put in little to no effort applying. I'm a legacy and the admissions office pretty much begged me to come to OWU. The acceptance rate is getting higher and higher every year just so the school can meet their quota. If you come here, you'll simply be a dollar sign.

Honestly, it's pretty easy to get in. And they respond to applications in less than 2 weeks normally. it's a more challenging school than the acceptance rate would have you believe.

it is easy to get into this school. Scholarships are great here - both of my roommates in the past have paid little over $500 for each semester (crazy right?), but then that's beause they come from low income backgrounds and owu has great financial aid. You will be around a of of people from low income backgrounds, and this definitely contributes to the spirit of OWU and the aspirations of its overall student body.

It does not take a lot to get into a school like Ohio Wesleyan. The acceptance rate is a joke. I think the school actually banks on so many people getting accepted and then having to drop out but still pay tuition for the remainder of the semester they cannot complete.
