Just always try your hardest. That's what I always do. No advice other than that!
ACT: 28 Female
I thought that Seton Hall was very HARD toDec 09 2007Biology
I thought that Seton Hall was very HARD to get into, and had 2 recommendation letters written, turned in the common application and wrote an essay on servant leadership. Needless to say, I got a $15,000 a year scholarship, but it does not help at all, because everything at/around SHU(seton hall) is expensive.

If you want to go here, you should make sure that you can get good scholarship ($15,000) and a lot of aid from FAFSA. It's expensive, and if you are a freshman, apply for all the scholarships as you can not apply for any additional university scholarships after the first year. (Although you can get a private scholarship from like fastweb)

Somewhat competitive and getting more so apparentlyDec 01 2007Economics
Somewhat competitive and getting more so apparently. Of course, if you hit your SATs out of the ballpark, then you have a pretty easy time with scholarships. Your decision is made easier and you can't beat getting a free education worth over 40 grand. I got a free ride because of my SATs (just have to pay for books, food and misc). So, all in all, do well on your SATs and you will be treated well here.
