Georgetown is a great place to spend four years. All of the rumors that would suggest that it is a close-minded, conservative institution are without basis. True, the school is a Roman Catholic university, however, acceptance and understanding of difference is an emphasized aspect of a Georgetown education. Students are very approchable and the staff here is world class. Madeline Albright and Henry Kissinger are both on staff as well as countless otehr professionals from the Washington area. The school has incredible connections from Capitol Hill to the French Embassy right across Resevoir Road from campus. I couldn't imagine a greater place to go to school. Washington affords amazing opportunities. In one evening I saw a speech by Madeline Albright, and then a free concert with Britney Spears and Aerosmith. In that same week I also attended speaches by the Spanish Foreign Minister and the Dalai Lama. You can't beat Gtown, from the city to campus life there's no place better to get the complete college experience.
