Sometimes I wonder if I can make it through four straight years of the kind of negativity and stress-positive community Reedies seem to form. And then I pause and regain my personal composure, and realize: my school is fantastic. It's challenging but not impossible. The people--students and professors--are very intelligent and the students are friendly if you're willing to take the time to demonstrate your interest in their welfare. So don't be discouraged by the break-neck pace some people keep themselves at; it is possible to relax and enjoy Reed, if you love it on some level.
