If you are seeking to go into ministry work or overseas missions, Liberty is the school for you. The theology profs I've had were excellent. However, if you are seeking any other career and expect an education that will give you the best opportunities in your field, please do not pay the enormous tuition for a second-rate education and disappointing facilities. And don't, under any circumstances, enroll in the Honors Program, it is a joke. Rather than provide a challenge, the program simply dumps an extra load of busy work into your schedule. Also, unless you wish take a semester to review the Bible stories you learned before you were 10, do not take a literature class. Mine nearly made me cry. Most maddening of all, excuses for the school's shortcomings are built into the philosophy of most of the faculty and infect the attitudes of the students. It's sickening when students leave a school expecting less from themselves and less from the world than when they went in.
