Guide to choosing Penn State a) I like to go to big and loud parties as often as possible and get really, really drunk! a) I do not like to party or am a casual partier, but most of my friends in high school could be described as "nerds", and would like it to be the same way in college. a) I like cops who generally don't bother me when I'm underage and drunk! b) I do not like to party or am a casual partier, but otherwise was friends with the "in" crowd in high school and would like it to be the same way in college. a) I want a great education and reputation for a low price, at a research oriented school. Instructors will be reachable and friendly, but generally have more important things to do than talk to me. b) I want personal attention, low class sizes, or help finding area related work experience during my first two years. a) I would like to take lots of unrelated classes because, uh, thats the way it is. b) Cut the crap and give me my degree! a) I'm in school mostly because I have to be to get a job and make money. b) I'm in school because I am actually interested in what I am studying. a) Did I mention I like to party? b) I am intellectually curious. a) I love college football! b) I love college basketball a) I love intramural sports a) I would not mind being in a college town with apartments, restaurants/bars, a small mall and nothing else within two hours, which I would not be able to reach anyway because I do not have a car. b) I would like to move more than five miles from one spot within the next year. a) I like to walk a lot to class, town, and everywhere else. b) I would rather ride the unreliable bus. a) As long as the campus food is pretty good, I'm happy. b) I like variety in food. a) I like very cold winters and lots of snow. b) I'm attending in the summer, and I like air conditioning. a) Go to Penn State! b) Time to look somewhere else
