Major: (This Major's Salary over time)
The school is only as big as you let it be. Most departments are flexible, so if you truly pursue your interests you won't lose many credits. This also provides networking opportunities; many professors are actively involved in a variety or organizations who are always looking for student assistants. Even if you change your major, you may still get some valuable internship experience as well as credible recommendations for Grad schools and jobs. If you are not willing to make friends or get involved then this isn't the place for you. People who attend UB need to take responsibility for their own social and academic life. If you work for something you will get it. It is not difficult to make friends if you get involved with an organization, but I have met many people who would go straight home after class and wonder why they don't have friends. Most friends are made at internships/jobs and at club meetings/events. Even if the classes are discussion oriented, people relate best to those who share a common interest and purpose.
