Positive: If you are looking for a good education at a reasonable price away from home then PCC could be the right place for you. Negative: It is important for you to know that you will have to abide by "many" rules and regulations that are generally enforced by power hungry individuals (floorleaders). I think that the excess rules desensitizes students to the rules and I know many generally honest people that would have no problem lying at PCC because the rules are so ridiculous. In short if you have a problem with rules or confinement to a small area with many people then you should definitely not attend PCC. In summary: Went, graduated, have a good job that I love. The education was good the rules and atmosphere sucked.
