Major: (This Major's Salary over time)
I've only been a grad student but have a son and a daughter that were undergraduates! As a dad, I had two boys that went to a state school where we used to live. LU compared VERY favorably to the education my older two sons got! My LU professors are stellar. I'm in my 50's so I have a wide range of exposure and there's NOTHING lacking in LU's academic standard. My son and daughter's profs were uniformly good even though one gal seemed to take a dislike to my daughter. Any college has a few bad eggs and LU is no different. LU's education isn't cheap but I've found the reputation of the University is GREAT! I went to a local hospital for surgery and I asked some of the nurses if any of our LU students worked there and how they measured up. The answer was enlightening. Our LU grads were seen as outstanding. My daughter majored in education and now works in New York City as a substitute teacher (she does modeling). After a short discussion with a principal she was offered a full time job even with two weeks left in the school year! My wife and I are HIGHLY gratified at the education LU gave our kids. My wife lacks one class to be an LU grad and I'm finishing next year. LU is great!
