The guy below me is my hero and said everything I was going to say verbatim. I transferred out of the school after 3 years of being there. The only good thing about UCSD is that the people there are so antisocial, and afraid of life, that the campus is pretty safe. Well, actually I take that back. .there are some male students that are so awkward and creepy that they end up stalking girls. If you are a moderately attractive girl, beware of the numerous weirdoes that flock to that campus. After my freshman year I got the campus escorts to walk me around. So there really is nothing great about that school. Never had I thought a place could have so many off people: deeply deeply religious, a mentality that asceticism is good and experiencing life is bad, or being too hard on oneself and trying to "prove" something to the world that they graduated from a hard school to get into. Bunch of weirdoes.
