UIC honestly is one of the best kept secret universities with outstanding nationally recognized faculty from various backgrounds. It is not a 'perfect' university since it is public, but for being the largest university in one of the biggest cities in the world, it is by far an outstanding universities that offer nationally ranked business program and students that have a strong work ethic. At UIC, you can come in as an avg. student and leave as a polished graduate. There are many opportunities available for students to excel with on-campus activities. Being a largest university in Chicago with a nationally ranked undergrad Finance (Top 25), Accounting (Top 30), many internship opportunities are availalbe in downtown chicago. UIC is a place where students who work hard will reap the rewards of all the opportunities the university offers.
