How can anybody be upset about Reed? I found the faculty to be first rate - with a few exceptions. I found many of the students to be motivated, socially concerned, tolerant, competetive in a good sense. Sure, there were the few faculty and some students who didn't care ... welcome to life! I found that as a bisexual female I could be who I was without too much distress. When I wanted to be The Man (as my best female friend on campus called me!) I could wear man tailored suits, look like a businessman at a conservative company, and kiss and feel up my girlfriend and few students would break a sweat ... and when I wanted to be Horny College Chic I could wear a short sweater and tights to a mixer and show off by beaver and let my boy friend cop a feel and get cheered by the other guys and SOME dates. Thanks for Reed to allow me to be both. The typical comment from those who knew me was, "Okay, which is Erin going to be today?" Hardly a put down. So, go for it Reed ... you let people be who they are.
