Major: (This Major's Salary over time)
The University system is geared to accommodate a variety of students with varying degrees of educational backgrounds. There were very few exams given in this program which I believe does the student a disservice because they are not really challenged in their understanding of the topic being taught. Some of the professors are respectful of the diverse population in the program and do not incooperative their personal agenda into the the classroom lectures. They taught their subject, which is what their paid to do. A few professors used the classroom as their personal platform to influence their (mostly) young students. If social work is your passion then by all means do not let the negativity of a few professors affect your future. Keep on and finish and take what material you can use and leave the rest, especially the insults against people of faith and conservative, believe me they are not always both. I am, but others are not and that is their right. Become a social worker because it is your passion!
