Major: (This Major's Salary over time)
Transferred to UNC. Some academic areas are decent(political science, jazz in music department for example). Economics courses were a joke -- didn't even require Calculus when I was there! Not a bad stepping stone for transferring.. although if I could do it again I would have gone to UNC Wilmington. Social situation is very bizarre...it seemed like the "cool" kids were those who didn't care about academics and liked to "think outside the box" in other ways, i.e. do drugs all day. Sort of like high school in that regard -- the attitude that smart isn't attractive. There were 5 categories of girls I met there 1) didn't take care of themselves at all/physically unattractive/smoked etc. 2) lesbian 3) physically attractive but borderline insane, in part because of exagerrated sense of hotness due to lack of competition 4) athletes who socialize separately from the rest of campus, almost exclusively 5) do not socialize at all/small-town/hide in dorm all year
