Major: (This Major's Salary over time)
Smith is a great place where everyone is socially accepted. The course work is pretty tough, but as long as you even out the types of classes you take, you'll be fine. The student body is overwhelmingly LGBT, but there are three co-ed schools close by and men take classes at Smith all the time. Smith is open curriculum, meaning that there aren't any distribution requirements for graduation, which I adore.
