The school is fantastic.AverageArt & Design Department
The school is fantastic. Great dorm rooms, good friends, wonderful atmosphere and special lifelong friends and memories. The cost is low comparable to in-state but they did not accept Federal Student Aid so it was difficult for me to complete. They do offer work study programs but balancing a full schedule, extra events that are required like Vespers, multiple church services, plays etc...it is difficult to find time to study. If you have ample financing than you won't have a problem with this area.

The education is of the highest. I am finishing my degree now and find my previous education with Pensacola Christian was much more extensive but I am happy to have the opportunity to finish now.

There are many rules at PCC. If you can't comply with rules, this is not the place to go. Expect the rules it's all part of the opportunity. You must wear a tie in the morning if you are a man, ladies must have skirts below the knee and hose during the day. There is white glove cleaning as in the military but the purpose of this is the keep the campus clean and well cared for. Looking back it was difficult for me to adjust to the rules but I am thankful for them now that I am in the real world. The experience of Pensacola Christian College, the basketball team, "GO EAGLES" and the family that I still have today sixteen years ago since I left is forever a part of who I am. You will get a fantastic education and have a wonderful college experience!

Question
PCC was an excellent choice for college.Art & Design Department
PCC was an excellent choice for college. They do have "rules" to deal with, but I enjoyed the safe environment in an unsafe world! The level of education is quite high, and while not accredited, that should not make or break decision to attend. The instructors were excellent overall, the environment is beautiful, the atmosphere is peaceful. There are many ways to have fun and relieve stress right on campus, and the dearest friends I ever made were from my college days there. Every institution will have flaws, no matter where you go. I have no major complaints at all.

Question
Attending Pensacola Christian College was one of theArt & Design Department
Attending Pensacola Christian College was one of the best decisions that i have ever made. It was the best years of my life. I loved the smaller class room settings; the teachers gave us one-on-one attention any time we needed it. My advisors were AMAZING; i could discuss any concern w/them regarding my classes or major & was always given the utmost attention, as if i were their own daughter. The student body is the friendliest campus that i ever visited while "college shopping"-- just one of the many reasons why i chose PCC. The chapel services were challenging and touched my heart in many ways, ways that still affect my day-to-day living now as a wife & mother. I really miss those services! I loved my time there, and wouldn't change a thing about it. There was so much to do socially. There is also a waterpark, ice skating, giant climbing rockwall, bowling, sports complex... and the food is amazing (chinese, mexican, all-american, italian, etc, etc)! I was there for 5 years (only because i changed my major 3 times). I worked in many different job areas at the college-- closely w/administration, & including babysitting for the staff & faculty families. *(P.S. it is SO AFFORDABLE too. I was able to graduate completely debt-free, simply by working a partime job while attending classes. The job placements even better prepared me for future careers. As an alumni i get mail from them, and just heard that if you register for PCC now, you get the 4th year free!)
