I feel that PCC helped prepare me toDesign Arts - Industrial Design/Graphic Design/etc
I feel that PCC helped prepare me to be disciplined, motivated and basicly as prepared as one could be straight out of college. Becasue serouisly if you're really honest your true education starts after school and on the job. (However, that would only apply for those who really worked hard at getting a really job, not those who are lazy and expected to find something easy and when they didn't they blame their former school) Pcc was very difficult at times, but just suck it up and work hard and get out on time.

Question
PCC has been a character building step.Criminal
PCC has been a character building step. Humility was the key to open the door of spiritual growth in my life, and I am very glad that I went there. At first I did not like PCC at all because of the rules and my stubborn attitude. But once I stopped focusing on what I could not do, and started focusing on what God wanted me to do, I found peace and longsuffering.

I want others to know that once you hit the field, you will be tested on what YOU believe and stand for. PCC helped me find this courage and honor. The title of US Marine is one of the finest in the world, but to be called and have others know through your actions that you are a Christian is indeed the greatest.

When I was commissioned from PCC I told those present at my commissioning, "While we can always trust in the Lord, we cannot always trust in those trusting in the Lord." The decision is between you and the Lord. Semper Fidelis

Question
I've been a Computer Science student at PensacolaQuite BrightComputer Science
I've been a Computer Science student at Pensacola Christian College for 3-1/2 years currently, and I've been very pleased with both the environment and the education at PCC. I feel that I have not only grown in knowledge of the computer science field, but also have matured as a person. This has been the result of the great friends and the structured environment of the school. While, I will admit that I don't like every rule that the school has (probably no one does), I will be honest in saying that these rules have kept me focused on my studies and helped me learn how to follow rules and instructions (be they school rules, business rules, government rules, or etc.) Many people complain of the rules and standards of the school and then leave (or some are expelled) only to badmouth the school and fill the minds of prospective students with presuppositions that are all based (or should I say "biased") on the former student's experience--or secondhand accounts of other student incidents.

What am I really trying to say? This: I had a great experience at PCC, and I would recommend the school to any Christian that wants to learn in a structured and God-centered environment with friendly teachers and students and a great campus Pastor. HOWEVER, I feel that you should take the time to go down to Pensacola and check out the school yourself. College is a significant investment of time, money, and you. Wherever you consider going, go check it out for yourself FIRST-HAND. Be sure to talk to students, staff, and faculty. Research before you make a decision, then you'll be much less likely regret whatever you decide.

Sincerely,
Clint McGee Feel free to e-mail me if you have any questions. (hopefully it won't get lost in all the spam!)
