I've spent a year at Tech.Super BrilliantComputer Engineering
I've spent a year at Tech. In the past 3 semesters, I have had the chance to : try fencing. join GT Orchestra. study a semester in France. become a campus tour guide. meet hundreds of truly amazing people. watch GT win over VT from the front row of the South end zone in Bobby Dodd Stadium. Watch the basketball victory over Duke from courtside seats with SWARM. enjoy the hot tub at the CRC on a Saturday afternoon. Hike 25 miles of the Appalachian Trail with friends and mentors. Learn a foreign language. Become a TA, and adore my fellow TAs. Party every weekend. Enjoy the Atlanta music scene. Study my a$$ off, and learn more than I thought possible in the space of a year. develop a love for programming. paint up for football each game. make snow angels. play midnight ultimate frisbee. experience more than a few all-nighters.

You will work. but the people you meet, and the things you see, and the places you go will make it worth it. (ok, so I sounded like Dr. Seuss just then - apologies!)ALSO, we have Coach Paul Johnson. Win.

Question
> Now that you are out in theBusiness - Management and Administration
> Now that you are out in the field, how has your college helped/hurt you?
As an incoming PhD student at a top 10 university, I definitely feel that the reputation of Georgia Tech helped. By how much, though, I do not know.

> What do you think you should have known/done?
I have no regrets. I've done my fair share of stupid things with friends and any girl I wanted to ask out, I did.

> What do you recommend H.S or college students do? Remember that your life is your own.
