Cedar Crest College is not only a greatQuite BrightPsychology
Cedar Crest College is not only a great place for higher education, it also provides an exciting opportunity to discover yourself and expand your mind. It is not a place for those lookiing to slack off and party all the time, but if you are willing to work hard and desire to be challenged, it is the place for you. The fun times will come on their own.

Question
The majority of students and professors are niceQuite BrightNursing
The majority of students and professors are nice and down-to-earth. As in every school, there are a handful of students who are snobby or crazy and a few professors who could be a little more considerate, but overall I love it. There is a stereotype that most of the students at Cedar Crest are lesbians (since it's an all-woman college), but that's not the impression I get after going there 3 years. Granted I don't live in the dorms, but if I had to guess the statistics would be more like 5-10%. I haven't seen any homophobia or difficulties between gay and non-gay people. It's a pretty open minded place with quite a few students from other cultures (Middle-Eastern, Japanese, and Hispanic are the most prominent). I'd recommend it to almost anyone, especially people going into the sciences. The Nursing, Biology, Chemistry, Genetics, Forensics, and Dance programs are very popular and good here.

Question
CCC prepared me forPsychology
CCC prepared me for Graduate School and the professors in the Psy. Department went out of their way to help get me into a good graduate program at Hollins College. I have remained within the field of Psychology my entire career.
