There is a lot of people at my school, but everyone is so separated. I Like that there is division I sports, but not a lot of students attend the sporting events. I wish all of the freshman were put together instead of randomly placed becasue it makes it harder to make friends.

Question
NC State is a good school that offersBrightEngineering Department
NC State is a good school that offers some good programs. The only problems I have with State is that the school is located in Raleigh, which there is almost nothing to do besides going to the mall and attending athletic events.

Social life at State is not as good as other schools, but there are a few bars on Hillsborough Street and in downtown Raleigh.

Athletics makes State fun to attend, going to games is a great way for students to interact and express theirselves and get things off their chest.

Students really stick with their own ethnic groups and there are some problems with out-of-state students especially yankees.

We are not hicks like some would suggest, but we perfer to keep everything within our own culture.
It will take you at least 5 years to graduate depending on your degree.
You can meet friends on the wolfweb.
Parking on campus really sux.
We need to fire Herb and maybe fire Amato. Our athletic department seems to accept the fact that our athletics mediocre.

I do not understand why other students gave bad reviews. I am out of state and I love this school! Football and basketball games are so much fun and you have so many chances to get involved around school.
